Clubhouse Strength & Conditioning occasionally captures photos and videos during sessions to showcase training environments, celebrate achievements, and promote community sport.

1. What Media May Be Collected

We may capture:

Photos of training or testing sessions

Short-form video clips

Group or team training moments

Facility and equipment footage

We aim to ensure that content is respectful and appropriate.

2. How Media May Be Used

Media may be used for:

Clubhouse S&C social media

Website content

Educational material

Club partnership promotions

Internal documentation

Athlete movement assessments

We will never use content in a way that misrepresents or exploits individuals.

3. Opting Out

Participants may choose not to appear in photos or videos.

We will make every effort to exclude you from captured content.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may request the removal of photos or videos featuring you from our social media or website.

5. Under 18 Participants

Parents or guardians must provide consent for minors.
No identifiable media of minors will be used without permission.

Using the following template:

give permission for Clubhouse Strength and Conditioning (“Clubhouse S&C”) to capture and use photos or videos of my child during supervised Clubhouse S&C sessions or events.

Clubhouse S&C will not share identifying information beyond the image/video itself
